This was the most efficient insurance situation I’ve ever been involved with. The claim was submitted, the next day I got a settlement quote, I countered with my landscaper’s quote, that quote was accepted and the next day I got a check. I appreciate the promptness and the respect for my landscaper’s estimate.

The initial conversation I had with a phone representative was unprofessional. I did call back later and get someone who was able to help. I did work with someone by email and she was professional and easy to work with on this matter. I appreciate that this matter was resolved quickly once my paperwork and supporting documentation was received.
