On the positive, I’d rate the phone conversations I had with my adjuster Karina Morales 10 out of 10. She was friendly, professional, and promptly acted to move the claim to resolution. The negative: Response to emails - 2 out of 10. For example, ARC sent me an email on 12/15/21 advising they’d received my claim document and supporting video evidence and that someone would reach out in 24 business hours (I assumed within 3 days). When no contact in roughly 3 weeks, I followed up with an email on 1/3/22 and 1/10/22 requesting status. On 1/12/22 ARC responds with a settlement amount. The negative: Response to ARC Phone No. - 0 out of 10. 6 (of 8) calls I made to that number were not responded to although the message says “someone will contact you shortly”. Those calls were made 1/24 (1), 1/27 (1), 2/1 (3), 2/3 (1). The calls Karina answered on 1/10 and 2/3 resulted in immediate action toward resolution.
