I had to call in order to have a payment issued and then the response was immediate. I was told that a check would be issued to my email today and I have yet to receive it

Several calls were made where I left my contact info, but they were not returned, so I emailed. I was then contacted via email and the process went smoothly from that point forward.

the delay was really on my end; i was super busy and traveled for work so the resolution timing is my error. my agent was very sweet and funny and super interested in getting the details from me. I am sorry that I even had to bring a claim it's just that we just got the door bell and it the lens actually broke so it was damaged. I am happy to know that this business took such great care of us in this matter. Many thanks for everything

After initial contact things went well . Claim form was submitted along with estimate and the response was positive . I was pleasantly surprised as I took this on without the assistance of my HO insurance . Amazon driver drove into my garage . I refused to use my HO insurance and pursued the claim on my own. You exceeded my expectations. I envisioned a long drawn out affair. The girl I spoke with yesterday was excellent and she processed the check immediately when I told her I was heading out of town for an extended period . Thank you again.

It was first declined. I then responded and requested reconsideration. I received a second notice, this time approving the claim. It should have been approved without a second notice.
