The interface was a little wonky. Even though I uploaded pictures and video in several attempts on the Initial intake form, I still had to be contacted via email and submit them through the email process. The process could have been smoother. The customer service interaction was courteous and professional. Thank you

Great support from the agent today; however, I did encounter an issue where my claims adjuster left ARC and my case did not get properly reassigned. All sorted out though and overall a great experience resolving my issue.
