My claim info was taken over the phone and entered into the system, the rep was helpful and patient. Then I had to re-enter the same info on a web page which was a little difficult to navigate. The hardest part to resolve was it not accepting large enough video. Eventually I was able to resolve that via email. The correspondence was alway prompt and helpful.

The compensation was not enough to cover the damage done by a very reckless driver but what I did receive was in a very timely manner. I’d like to se some leeway given to the driver for more time allotted on my deliveries since my driveway is longer than the norm. I can only guess that the drivers are not allowed as much time as is needed for a longer drive in which they can’t turn around easily. So it looks like I’m going to pay an extra $240.00 for the work to be done properly and I have to wait until mid May for them to come. So that is my comment. Thank you . Mike Colkett
