Did not reimburse enough to actually repair the damage that was done and the same driver returned 2 days later so obviously she did not receive and additional training I would really prefer that driver did not return to my property.

Did not get a timely response from ARC on the initial claim. Once I notified ARC about the delay the claim was promptly actioned to my satisfaction.
