I got the feeling that had I not contacted ARC after 4 weeks of no communication, my claim would have been allowed to fade away into obscurity. I also felt three weeks to get a check in the mail after it was issued was a bit outrageous. I will say that everyone I dealt with was pleasant.

I want to be assured that my Amazon Prime orders are delivered to my front door not left in my mailbox which is located at the far end of my driveway!

After I submitted a cost for repairs invoice for the damage that an Amazon truck did, the process moved along quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied. I realize that Amazon drivers are on a tight schedule, but they should never drive in a residential driveway. Too many things can go wrong.
