I got the feeling that had I not contacted ARC after 4 weeks of no communication, my claim would have been allowed to fade away into obscurity. I also felt three weeks to get a check in the mail after it was issued was a bit outrageous. I will say that everyone I dealt with was pleasant.

After I submitted a cost for repairs invoice for the damage that an Amazon truck did, the process moved along quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied. I realize that Amazon drivers are on a tight schedule, but they should never drive in a residential driveway. Too many things can go wrong.
