Since submitting the claim, at least 3 more Amazon drivers have driven on the OBVIOUSLY newly seeded lawn. I’ve resorted to putting mulch bags to block them from turning around on my lawn. What can be done about this long-term? It hadn’t been a problem until this month.

My claim submission experience was easy and quick. But then I was told a check was send and it took week for that email to actually show up - which is NOT - and issue. My disappointment is that, during the time between my claim being closed and actually receiving the echeck, I kept reaching out to you and asking about it, letting you know it wasn’t received, worried it was deleted etc and not a single email got a response.

Whoever initially called me in regards to this specific claim was extremely rude and completely out of line. She told me I needed to rake my yard. I’d love to watch her rake sand and make it drivable with a rake. She then proceeded to feel it was her place to tell me what to say or not to say. My overall experience was handled perfectly except for her and her very low offer that I’m really not satisfied with but I’m just too exhausted by this to argue. When this happens it weighs in on me way more than just some property damage that I have to physically repair.

The claim processing was fine however I was not able to get my damages fixed for the amount given to me. There was no negotiation and the amount was not appropriate for the work I needed.
