My experience was very good. I was a bit nervous at first and worried about the damage however it all worked out an Amazon ARC was very helpful! The only issue I had was submitting the claim form documents in the format required. I had to figure it out.

Hard to get through on phone and Nikki Goss didn't respond to emails. The 2nd person that finished up the claim was awesome and has good customer service skills.
