The process to send photos of the damage was not the easiest. I ended up sending the photos six different times. Once Stan receive the photos the processing went well. He did ask questions that I had originally answered on the original calls to Amazon. It would seem that Amazon and ARC would have a better way of communicating or transferring information.

Amazon drivers should be advised not to drive in peoples lawns since they don’t know if there is Irregarion or not or if anything is planted or not.
