There were weeks with no communication from your representative. I did all the legwork for this claim. In the future I will engage my insurance company, this way I would not have to be involved in the process, living and learning.

The process from when I submitted the claim and received the check was months. I had to follow up a few times.

I am satisfied that my issue got resolved, but I wish I would of got my check quicker. But overall happy that Amazon stepped up and fixed my problem. I always enjoy buying products from Amazon and will continue to as well. Thanks again for being there for me.
