They never called me Always had to contact them. Otherwise I was satisfied about the outcome. They need to have their drivers more respectful of customers' property.

Filling out the form was easy UNTIL I had to create my signature at the end. You should mention that you need to "Double Click" to create your signature. Luckily your "Chat Room" helped me out.
