Thank You, Overall the Claims Adjuster from ARC Claims {Mariella Montano} did a good job, however she could use some work in the area of her people skills and how she speaks to the people submitting the claims, like myself. Case in point... when you ask her any question about "How To" do any think on-line... she speaks to you like you should already know how to use the software products and of course none of us like myself have. She could use some up grade training in these areas!

Mariella Montano, my Claim Adjuster, was wonderful. She emailed me very promptly and explained the procedure, information necessary for me to supply her with and emailed along the way whenever things were received and the next step in the process. Nicole Goss is a fantastic professional who is deeply committed to her role and in serving the claimant. She made a the process go smoothly and made sure that my claim was processed. By the way, I never heard from the rep who was actually assigned to my claim. I just happened to reach Nicole who was more than happy to help me.

I was unable to upload the video from my Blink camera it kept erroring which is ironic because it is an amazon product. But emailing it worked instead
