I am VERY unsatisfied with this claim and the results. I find it extremely UNFAIR..and thus am resorting to other means to have this resolved fairly.

I Was very happy with ARC Claims. I didn't know how to get in touch with anyone after this accident happened. The insurance company listed on the driver's paperwork was of no assistance at all. They took over a month to send information back to say the claim was denied. I called them back and they never returned my call so it was a breath of fresh air when I poked around the internet more to get in touch with ARC claims. I just wanted to resolve the matter and get my car repaired. I appreciate your time and assistance very much. It has been a very smooth process.

Initially it was difficult to contact the claims department as chat was down and the phone number wasn’t answered. Once I was able to join chat, I was sent to three different people but ultimately ended up with someone who could assist me with a link to submit my claim.

Your drivers should be trained better at turning around. Use a driveway where the turn won’t be so difficult. Rather that so many turns on the road, or go to end of street Where there is more room.

When you a Google search you think it is going be a bad experience to get your claim resolved. It was not an issue. Once I submitted my claim I heard from a couple of people at Amazon and from the Claims Processor. The communication from the claim representative (I've forgotten the company name) was the same day with helpful follow-ups from Mariella. The whole process was easy and fast. I can't believe how fast. Thank you.
