Although I had a good experience working with ARC's Frank Evans, I wish Amazon would make an effort to identify the driver of the van that destroyed my fence, some landscaping and two sprinkler heads. He was not delivering to my home, but to the end of my block. Should be easy to trace. My main concern is that he should not be delivering to homes because of his reckless driving.

Everyone I talked with were friendly and understanding, especially considering the circumstances around Covid-19. I was allowed all the time I needed to get my car to a body shop.

The incident was unfortunate but the experience that I had working with everyone at amazon was amazing. Everything was taken care of so fast!
