Hope this Amazon gutter collision doesn’t happen again. Drivers need to be more cautious, and report to homeowner if this occurs rather than homeowner surprise discovery.

In the beginning it was a little frustrating because the manner in which I was submitting the video from my home camera, was said to not be acceptable. The frustration came when I was told to create a “Movie” or “MP3” after so many failed attempts to create proper file, I was told that I could send a screen recording, the same recording I had originally submitted . After submitting the screen recording, the process moved fast.

I was ask for an estimate on the damage, so I responded with a number off the top of my head thinking you would send somebody out and go with the estimate they provided. Instead you took my estimate. I have no idea if my estimate will cover the damage. Had I known I would have gotten a professional estimate first.
