I appreciate the absence of hassle. I wasn’t happy with the Wide range in date of receipt of payment. The payment arrived in the shorter end of that range, so I am satisfied.

Process was good and quick. Only feedback is that when I originally contacted Amazon about the property damage, I was required to submit some basic information (date, time, description, photos) via email. Later in the process I had to input the same information but on a web form. Why can't the info I originally provided be pre-loaded in the web form? The process should not require providing the same information more than once.

Being older and not computer savy was a challenge but we got outside help to submit the claim documents, once that was done it went very well. We are very impressed with how expedient it went. Thankyou claims dept!
