I had some trouble with the documents not properly attaching to the online form. I ended up having to email duplicate copies for the claims agent to have access. Otherwise the process was very smooth and quick. My expectations were exceeded in this interaction.

Upon submission, I was initially accused of having previously submitted the same claim. It was clear from the videos I submitted that this claim was new and different. A modest amount of care on the part of the initial adjuster would have avoided having to escalate the claim, which was ultimately resolved and paid-out. Hopefully the initial adjuster will exercise more care in the future.

We greatly appreciated Amazon’s speedy resolution. Our only critique would be, perhaps Amazon could put a “leave package (s) at the gate” option on their delivery introductions. Like many of our neighbors, our home is nearly a quarter mile from our property entrance. While this causes some inconvenience to us (especially when it rains) a “leave the package at the gate” delivery option will eliminate your delivery drivers from entering onto our driveway and hopefully prevent further accidents like this. Thank you again Amazon.
