Overall it went fine. I communicated with representative via email, which was ok, but it would've been nice to hear a human voice. Independent adjuster was prompt and friendly. I'm glad I had an independent witness, as I was getting the feeling that without that ARC may of not covered the loss. I hope the driver didn't lose their job.

Thank you for your kind help. I hope the drivers will learn not to drive through my yard. I pay good money for a lawn service and do not like it when people destroy it.

It was not possible to get a video or photo of the Amazon truck that caused the incident! That's why the arrangement was not so satisfactory!
