It’s unfortunate that the driver didn’t feel compelled to report the incident. They got out of their vehicle to assess what happened and drove off. Not what I would consider as an exemplary employee.

The process to initiate the claim with Amazon was horrendous. Once everything got to ARC over a month after the property damage everything was timely and relatively smooth. There has got to be a better way for Amazon to handle these claims and/or train CSR's and their leadership how to research processes. It was very hard to get the many people I spoke to to initiate the process for a claim. They woud said they'd escalate it, but a week would go by and I would have to be teh one to follow up. Unacceptable. The market rate for damages do my lawn was not in line with what my lawn company charged for damage repair. I hire a professional specialized lawn care company. I do not hire a run of the mill general landscaper where the rates suggested may apply.

I was told to go online and file a claim. I did but they claim it was never received. I filed a 2nd time but they didn't get the pictures. I requested an email address to send the photos and estimate to. I was given an email and I sent the pics and estimate. Hours after the email I was asked how I want my check. Your online claim needs some work. Once all the info was received things were resolved very quickly
