#1 was so rated because I remained on a Chat session for 2 hours on 9/25 with a final conclusion of being asked for me to submit pictures. After that I received an automated email that said an agent would be back to me in 6 hours. That did not occur. When I was reached by Christina by phone on 10/2 and Chandra Sai on email 10/3, both agents were pleasant and efficient in their assistance. I believe this was the turning point in getting my claim evaluated. #2 was rated as such for the difficulty experienced in getting the claim form, photos, and document submitted and confirmed. In retrospect, I believe it boiled down to an IT issue and the submission confirmation. Once confirmed, the action on my claim was quickly accomplished. I had to send the ring doorbell footage, because they couldn't identify the driver. After they viewed it, we were quickly compensated. I should have added more to the requested amount, because we didn't think of buying concrete and a pickaxe to be able to install the new mailbox. This matter was resolved in about 3 days. We won't have a mailbox for another week or so waiting for everything to arrive. Thanks for your help!

There was some initial comprehension on understanding the scope of the damage. After submitting a second estimate the claims team send another quote for settlement …. I accepted and a check was issued . Claims Team did a good job ! All my best Paul H
