This was the third time I called, I was told my request was in and I would hear back from ARC , which didn’t happen! The person who handled it this time actually put my request in and followed through! It took some time and frustration along with the initial issue but it was handled! Thank you!

When I showed a receipt for what we would need in order to make the repairs the powers that be practically cut that amount in half. No measurements were asked for so how that number was decided I don’t know, but we will still have to cover some of this cost of the damage which is frustrating.
