After 4 weeks, I had not received the 2 e-mails regarding payment that I was promised. I had to contact ARC to ask about that. Then, I received a respond to my query and within 1 day I had my check.

It was unfortunate that I had to submit a claim but accidents happen. Driver admitted to causing the damage and ARC processed my claim promptly and professionally.

Claim form was sent to my phone instead of the computer, so didn't know it was there and I didn't reply quickly. When I found the form, claim was handled fairly soon. Was a little confusing to do. Received a fair settlement though. Thank you.

I didn't hear back from them in the time frame originally given to me by Amazon, but when I contacted them, they were cordial and helpful and settled the claim in a satisfactory manner.
