Once I filed the claim the process was smooth. I was frustrated that we had to initiate the claim and Amazon did not even tell us about the incident.

I feel like I was just presented an amount for the claim and no chance to refute the low settlement. About $16 for labor! Who is going to do the work for that?! Plus, I hope Amazon will have a talk with their drivers so this damage doesn't happen again.

The process was timely and communicated professionally. The method of determining the value of property damage was ineffective (reliance on 3 photos rather than based upon actual receipts for materials and labor). This resulted in a less than satisfactory “final offer “ settlement.
