My only confusion was not knowing what I was supposed to do initially. Someone left a card in my door with a number to call for Amazon property damage. It wasn't made clear to me what the process was. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to call and they would send someone to fix it or what. Now I understand the process more and it was very quick. I appreciate that Amazon person took responsibility for damage and left a number instead of just leaving and making me figure out who to call.

My initial interaction with Customer Service, via online chat on 03/24/2023, was not followed through on as I was told it would. When I called Customer Service, via telephone on 03/27/2023, that is when my claim was finally opened and resolved by your personnel quickly and efficiently.

Thank you for the quick response in this matter. I was quite mad at first that the driver didn’t leave a note or did anything after hitting my house. But was very happy with the way you handled it and the quick response. Once my cheque arrives the repairs will be done. Thank you again.
