was a little rough start, i was under the impression that the driver who caused the damage and his supervisor stsrted the claim and i was told they would call me..... after 30-days i got no call and I then called..... filed claim and was not told exactly how the estimate had to be written...... finally found a legitimate mason and he gave me proper estimate and from that point it was flawless..... payment was fast and easy.... overall i am very happy and everyone was very polite, including the driver who hit the wall and told me immedietly ...... no complaints.... everything went smoother than expected... Thank you

It was unfortunate that my husband's flagpole was damaged, however thank you for handling clain quickly. It has been repaired with flag flying.
