very impressed with the ease and time frame in which my claim was handled. The area to upload the video and photos of the damage was user friendly. Overall i’m actually very pleased with how customer service and this complaint was handled.

The only suggestion I would make is to highlight the web address for the claim form. I am ADA vision issues and I found it difficult to locate the web address within the message. Perhaps separating it from the message and placing it in a lower location as you did with this survey may improve it.
