I am definitely satisfied with my experience, though I did want to mention that the initial employee I was in contact with had a very difficult time understanding me even after multiple attempts at explaining the situation trying to use different words. I called back to get a different representative and from there everything went smoothly.

I had to contact ARC each time to receive an update on the status of the claim. Had I not, the claim would still in its initial stage for processing.
