My only issue was that I had to send five follow-up requests before receiving a final word concerning claim disposition. Otherwise, I believe the matter was resolved by Amazon Claims quite professionally.

I was treated with the utmost respect from both your customer compliant and your claims departments; they where both exceptional, compassionate and really care about their customers complaints and needs unlike some of some your delivery personnel (not all)they are only there for money, delivery times and have a complete lack of respect for other peoples property. I was told I'd be contacted within a couple of days of submitting the claim, but I had to call a week later to see what was going on. When I called, it was unresolved. Within 3 hours it was resolved....which is great, but I wonder what would have happened if I had just waited
