All of the people i spoke to about my claim were professional, friendly, and helpful. They also apologized for the hassle of having my wall damaged. I was very pleasantly surprised at the service.

Hold up in settlement came from my end since it took unreasonable amount of time for Connecticut state police to release the incident report.
