Claim did not reimburse for services and inconvenience/effort required to be performed while the damaged Mailbox was out of commission (about 6 weeks). It only paid for rebuild of the damaged mailbox. The custom Mailbox rebuild takes 6 weeks due to contractor availability so the owner has to be make alternate arrangements to pickup mail from the local post office. It is unacceptable that Amazon would refuse to compensate for that effort and inconvenience.

I received an email saying that my claim had been approved but I have no information about how the claim will be paid, nor have I received payment.

Unimpressed that there was a fee to receive and transfer the funds to my account. Could have simply provided me with Amazon credit.

Didn’t think it was asked if someone witnessed or videoed the whole thing. Driver knew what he did and should have been asked. It was like I was lying. I could have requested a lot more for top soil but didn’t.
