Only argument I have is the amount of research required to even get a service rep on the phone to start the process. Your people were great but your system sucks badly.

The only issue I had initially was when I used Amazon chat to describe the issue in order to find out what I needed to do. In the chat, the person handed me off to someone else and I was told I would be getting a call back within 72 hours and that never happened. Only when I followed up did I begin getting routed to the right department. Once I was in the right place, things went very fast and I was pleased with the outcome.
