At one point, I was told that I needed to prove that the damage to my stairs was caused by the guys who delivered and set up my treadmill. Apparently before reaching out to the company to ask them if they did it. That’s not how this should have been handled. Ultimately, a check was cut pretty fast.

It took over an hour to get to someone to understand what I was filing a claim for and to get to the right person to file the claim.

After submitting the claim I still received emails requesting that I submit the claim with pictures even though I got a successful submission it was like being in a loop. They even said that my claim agent was a different name than before. The process needs some work.

The resolution was fair and appropriate. The claim form and downloading photos was a bit cumbersome, but I was eventually able to make it work.

The death of my dog by the Amazon driver is horrible. When I saw his death was acknowledged and the claim was paid ( acknowledgement of his death). I was finally able to cry and let go. That I appreciate. I was barely able to mentally pull thru this.
