Thanks for all you have done . Person was very nice to me and friendly and understood BUT I should have never had to file a claim AGAIN ! Amazon has GOT to do there part and keep there drivers OFF my property when I do NOT even have and NEVER WILL have a Amazon account . I live down a dead end farm path where I was born and raised . Never lived anywhere else , This land has been in my family for over 150 + years . . My neighbor at the end of the path has Amazon BUT there drivers uses my driveway that is dirt and gravel as a turn around . BUT the crazy thing is , my neighbor has a circle drive but they want drive around it . They try to back in my drive and have backed over my wooden fence many times tearing it down . They have backed over my bushes , broken off 4 maple trees I had set out . Been stuck in my drive and had to get my neighbor to use his tractor to pull them out . Drove across my grass leaving deep ruts or holes . I had to put up a cable and this time they backed into the cable and torn down my fence AGAIN . I have spent well over $1,000 not counting the two claims ! I have had signs made and put up and nothing as helped . Next time this happens . The Amazon truck will not leave my property and I am calling the Sheriffs department and will have it towed . I have put up with there crap for over 3 years . And it is going to stop because I am disabled and have had a stroke and my wife should not have to get out our car every time we leave to open a gate or remove a cable even when it is raining . This service needs to be easier to find. I spent more time looking for information on how to file the claim than what it took me to actually do it. Thank you for getting our claim resolved.

The claim process was very easy to navigate and I received an initial response very quickly. After submitting the requested information, I heard nothing for thirty days. After sending an e-mail on 1/20/22 for a status update, I received an e-mail stating that I needed to provide additional information to verify my claim or it was being denied. The next day, I received another e-mail stating that the claim has been approved and I would be receiving an e-check for $100. I do appreciate the reconsideration on the paying of the claim as I do not make false claims. Other than the delay, the process worked well.

It took a denial and then 2 more emails with proof to get the help that was needed. I appreciate the prompt response to the claim after over 3 months from the initial contact with claims. Thank you for doing what’s right for the pet and his owner.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NIGHT AND DAY. UNLIKE MY FIRST CLAIM FOR AMAZON DRIVER'S PROPERTY DAMAGE WHERE MY EMAILS WERE IGNORED AND WHEN THEY WEREN'T IGNORED THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO EVERYTHING IN THE EMAIL. THE ADJUSTER THIS TIME WAS EFFICEINT AND COMPETANT UNLIKE SCOTT AUSTIN, (CLAIMS SUPERVISOR), WHO PROBABLY SITS AROUND DRINKING COFFEE AND LISTENING TO OPERA MUSIC THINKING IT'S OKAY TO IGNORE CLAIMANTS.
