I find often times when there are issues you only get negative feedback. There might be 100 good experiences but only the negative ones leave a comment. That's why I wanted to take the time to say how impressed I am with the overall efficiency of my claim. Thanks for making it easy and in a very quick manor. This is not the first time Amazon driver have damaged my property including my lawn and in the winter multiple driveway stakes. Hopefully their drivers will be better trained for driving larger van and not to pull in and attempt to turn around in driveways .

The claim form portal was flawed, uploading was difficult and some functions did not operate properly. I am using the latest software on my 2 year old MacBook Pro. All things considered, the process took a few days longer than I would have liked, but the e-check settlement option saved time. I overall appreciated Monika’s help and thought her attention to detail was superb. Thanks.
