Claim was satisfactory but email communication was lacking. When I called to speak to a rep, she promptly assisted me and addressed all my questions.

Thought it was really gonna be a hassle. Was surprised it was resolved so easily. I would like to add I was lucky to have video evidence of the incident. The driver should have at least left a note Thanks again

Uploading is a bit tricky. Especially from a Ring Camera as the file had to be shortened because it was too large.

I just couldn't get over how the driver knew she hit the mailbox by looking at it but she never came to my house to explain what happened and I saw it happen. She drove off and I had to drive and track her down to confront her about it. Only then did she cooperate. That was unbelievable.
