My only complaint is not towards the agent that handled my claim but the fact that the Amazon delivery driver did not report the incident. Had it not been for my security camera, I would not have known who damaged my property. I hope some appropriate action was taken towards the delivery driver and his negligence.

I wish I could have spoken to a live person regarding my claim even though the video evidence was indisputable. Very impersonal but ok with the results.

After providing the information initially requested with the claim, I heard nothing for a couple of weeks. When I initiated contact again, I was told for the first time of additional information that was needed. After providing that, the claim proceeded very quickly.
