In the initial contact with Amazon, I was told to expect resolution of this claim within 5 days, Today's resolution email came on the 15th day following the initial contact on 12-22-2000.

I have had this problem before with ups/Amazon drivers and my delivery details are noted not to drive down our lane because most drivers do not take their time. But this has increased since most deliveries are from Amazon now. This is why I finally filed a claim this time. Thanks for standing behind your deliveries, Tammy Vible

I am satisfied that the claim is resolved, however, after the initial claim was submitted I was not contacted regarding this claim until I pursued. Not good!
