I had my yard repaired and received payment before I received the invoice for the repair. Worked out. I am disappointed however on how the actual delivery carrier ignored my calls and I had to spend over an hour online and on the phone before I could speak with someone in logistics.

The ARC team was professional throughout after some initial confusion on the claim. Individuals were responsive to my phone calls and everyone seemed to work on a resolution. Just an unfortunate event by the Amazon Prime Driver and they were professional as well acknowledging the problem. Scott McRoy

Handled well. Was pleased. Didn't make me jump through any hoops and were professional and relatively speedy. The first chat representative didn't exactly understand my issue though. Maybe some more training for the employees that handle customer service chat forum.

I prefer to interact with a real person rather than deal with everything through email and online. It is very sad to me that this is where we are as a society. We do appreciate that the damage done to our property by an Amazon driver was addressed and compensated for. Thank you..
