Couldn't complete the claim form it kept erroring out. I had to send and email and then I received a phone call.

Claim form difficult to use. Had to fill out twice. Uploading photo very difficult . Took several attempts before upload worked.

I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to contact your claims agent after I had submitted all of the documentation. However now that I reflect on the timeliness issue - I must admit with the Covid Pandamic and it being the holiday season on top of that; the timeliness may not have been all that bad afterall.
