My reason for filing this claim, beyond the minor damage done to our yard, was to help to instill a better sense of professionalism in the driver who decided it was okay to execute a U turn in our yard. I hope that was achieved as well, but the monetary settlement was more than fair an my communication with Mariella was pleasant and efficient. Thank you.

Regarding item 1, I had difficulty making contact with someone who could help me. I’m partly to blame for that. Once I established contact with ARC, got a claim no., and was able to communicate with a real person everything went well. I’m satisfied.

Despite the initial "issue" being very annoying, ARC was great in resolving it in a prompt, courteous manner. I am more than satisfied.
