At this point I am waiting to receive the settlement to bring this to closure. That said, when I called customer service I eventually talked to three people in the chain of supervision. I was quickly transferred up line after giving details necessary to understand event. Everyone was professional, considerate, and helpful. I am a loyal Amazon customer (I buy something almost every day). I have always gotten great service from Amazon. Every company in America can take a lesson from Amazon on how to treat customers.
