97% of the experience was prompt and efficient. However, I did have to send the requested quote for repairs twice because my first email went unanswered for a week. Upon the second submission the reply was quite prompt. And if that was the only hang up in this process then I consider this a very above satisfactory experience.

I had got the run around for a couple days. And then final got with the lady that handled my case. And she did a very good job. And very thankful that she handled it.

My husband was trying to resolve this issue and died a few times to have the rep call him directly, but because it couldn’t be done, it took a lot longer to resolve the claim. Overall satisfactory result
