I have a problem with the to ways AMZ distribute your check. E-check and mail. I want my driveway fixed as soon as possible, therefore why not delivery the check? I am 78 years old and have not heard about E-check and mail will take 16 days. Come on.

Had a little trouble getting images uploaded and had to call and speak to Lauren B but once I did, everything was resolved quickly. Lauren was easy to work with and very pleasant, thanks for the help.

Dan handled the issue and claim very well. He was clear, understanding and flexible. Once or twice he was a tad slow to respond but all the other times he was very prompt.
