The online claim form wasn’t flexible enough for my issue- a run over mailbox- as it was created for auto accident. That being said, the adjuster, Frank Evans, upon my initial email to him, was quick to respond, understand the issue and offer a satisfactory work around (settlement). I much appreciated his interaction and resolution!

Once I was able to talk to Christine, my claim moved along quickly. It was my understanding that Mina was off and it took awhile to reach an adjuster. Christine did excellent.

Thank you Amazon for allowing me to get the damages to my car repaired in a timely manner. Hopefully, the Amazon driver was educated about hit and run accidents and this did not cause the driver to lose his/her job, We hope this was simply a learning experience for an inexperienced employee. We remain dedicated Amazon Prime customers.
