The company you used to appraise the damage was very rude and I would never have them step on my property again. However Monet Cobbs was very professional and understanding and resolve the issue as best that she could.

It has been almost 3 weeks and I have not received my check. The email said, in a week or so. I will reserve final comment until I get the check.

I'm not one to use email or text so much for I would prefer to speak with someone , I believe it is more personable , but I was amazed at how everything was handled through email and how efficient it all was and the person handling my case was on task , thanks
