Very smooth process. Prompt email contact from ARC claims representative. Easy claim form completion online. Receipt of check within 2 weeks of contact. Could not ask for it to be handled any better.

The only problem I had was in filling out the on-line form. I can't remember if it had to do with uploading or attaching pictures. All and all, I am very pleased with the responsiveness and resolution. The amount of time it has taken was due to an unrealistic high quote that I received and the amount of time it takes to get quotes for a relatively small job when the work cannot be done until warmer weather.

Ms. Puglise was amazing how quickly she got back to me and made a fair offer to settle the claim inside of one day. Very professional and efficient.
This was in great contrast to a damage claim caused by a Fedex driver in November 2018. ARC handled that claim also #4418702340 handled by a Ms. Patel. This claim was never resolved and I got tired of being given the run around. This is a copy of my last attempt dated March 3, 2019 nearly 4 months after the damage. I sent the photos of the damage of 11-24-18 to the initial FedEx contact on 11-27-18 at FedEx e-mail 3181141@fedex.com . That person gave me the claim number of 4418702340 and informed me that the photos of the damage and my statement would be forwarded to Ms. Patel. I am not the party that has dropped the ball on this issue.
I replied via an e-mail to Ms. Patel on December 6, 2018 after Ms. Patel left a voice mail message. She called from phone # 856-356-0812 on December 6th at 4:17 pm EST. I attempted to returned her call at 4:20 pm but the message said her voice mail box was full. Pleas see copy of my e-mail sen to Ms. Patel on December 6th several minutes later at 4:44pm:
