I did’t think that the cost of repair of my lawn would be based on a couple of photos. I had hoped that someone would have come by and see the damage for themselves. I wish I would have had an opportunity to get some estimates for repair. I agreed to the settlement only to avoid further cost to my time.

I'll have to admit, I was skeptical when Amazon referred me to their insurance carrier for damage to my property from a delivery vehicle. However, my claim was resolved within hours of submittal. My claim took a little longer than expected. The person who was originally was responsible is not with the company any more. Krista(?), who took over was excellent. Very nice person to handle your claims. Completely satisfied with her.
