Overall Rob and team were terrific. Your teams were very responsive and patient. This was an easy process and was appreciated. Two things. My original call was a bit more cumbersome due to what appeared to be offshore handling. Also I had some difficulty uploading docs to the claim online.

I was worried that since the driver was “contract” in a “contract “ vehicle, that the process would take longer. Thankfully this was not the case. A R C quickly and efficiently handled my claim. Thank you very much.

I read a lot of unhappy reviews. I can not understand why these individuals had such a unpleasant experience with ARC. I was treated with the utmost respect for my situation. They were apologetic, polite, empathetic to my situation, and helped me every step of the way to expedite my claim. I couldn't be happier, nor can I contemplate any way they could of assisted me better. I was always told happy wife = happy life. Well thanks to Joseph and others at ARC. I have a very HAPPY WIFE. EXCELLENT VALENTINE'S DAY GIFT TO HER AND ME.
