It was painfully difficult trying to get from Amazon to the third party that resolves complaints but once I finally did and received the ARC form everything was smooth and handled professionally and efficiently.

I am amazed how quickly and efficiently my claim was handled. I was never questioned about the claim and everyone I had contact with was professional and very helpful.
